What I’m Eating

Lots of clean foods.  I’ve got two menus I alternate between.  Lifting days involve egg whites and oatmeal, chicken, sweet potatos, rice, steak etc.  Rest days are only a tad lower on the carbs and a little higher with the fats, and salmon and turkey instead of steak and chicken. it’s the little variations that keep me from killing people with paper clips. 😀
