My Current Workout

Right now I’m doing all kinds of wacky shit.  My trainer Roxie Beckles is either a genius or certifiably insane.  possibly some of both.  Regardless, she’s making my body do shit I don’t think it was every intended to, and it complies. go figure?

Current split is interesting:
Mondays are Full Body Strength
(lots of compound movements, five for five and as heavy as I can)
Tuesdays are a back and arms special day
(since my delts suck)
Wednesday is METABOLIC HELL
Actually it’s a cardio day but the cardio is all weighted metabolic drills that leave me heaving on the floor
Thursdays GLUTES HAMS AND QUADS
(Because nothing makes you feel like a sissy like crying doing sissy squats)
Fridays are off because, well it’s friday. i wouldn’t go if you told me.
Saturdays are BACK AND SHOULDERS
(and some insane cardio because again my delts are lagging)

Cardio is smooth sailing.  Two interval days, two steady state days and neither long enough to watch anything decent on tv.
